Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by JMI Property Services, Inc., doing business as JMI Group, referred to here as JMI. Using the site means you accept them. Stop using the site if you do not.

Separate agreements govern other relationships with us. A lease, a listing agreement, a buyer or tenant representation agreement, a construction contract, or an investment document controls over anything on this website.

Listing information

Property listings on this site are published for information only. They are not an offer, and they do not create a binding commitment to lease or sell on the terms shown.

Rates, availability, square footage, dimensions, images, and property details come from sources we believe to be reliable and change without notice. Space shown as available may be leased or under negotiation. Figures may be approximate, rounded, or measured to a different standard than the one you use.

Verify any information you intend to rely on. Measurements, zoning, permitted use, condition, and operating costs should be confirmed independently before you commit to a transaction.

No brokerage relationship

Browsing this site, submitting a form, or corresponding with us does not make you a client and does not create an agency or fiduciary relationship. No such relationship exists until we sign a written agreement with you.

Information you send through this site is not confidential in the way information from a client is. Do not send anything you need kept confidential before an agreement is in place.

Governing law

Utah law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, and you agree to that venue.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and a new date will appear there when it changes. Using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
